The Maryland Geothermal Association (MGA) is a non-profit trade organization that was formed in 2013 in order to promote the development and installation of highly efficient geothermal heating and cooling systems for both residential and commercial applications. We are the installers, drillers, excavators, manufacturers, and distributors who make geothermal possible in the state of Maryland.
Through the mutual formation of key relationships, MGA provides education, training, sales support, networking and advocacy for residential and commercial contractors and distributors, as well as consumers, business property owners and government agencies.
We are fully dedicated to the promotion of efficient geothermal ground source energy throughout Maryland for the purpose of producing maximum economic and environmental benefits, as well as contributing to important public policy goals utilizing clean renewable energy.
